Delivery and Returns

Once payment has been received, goods will be dispatched using Interlink Express next day service (Monday – Thursday, orders placed Friday will be delivered the following Monday). Same day dispatch is available for all orders placed before 3pm. Delivery is next working day within UK Mainland, all other areas may vary. UK mainland delivery is £8.00 all other area’s may vary. Charges for carriage will be added to your total when ordering

 

DELIVERY

Delivery is next working day for UK customers. Other countries may vary.
Delivery is £8.00 per box for England, Scotland and Wales. Northern Ireland is £18.00.
Boxes delivered to EU countries, delivery from £18.00. Please note countries DPD consider remote may incur a small surcharge.


The carriage charge will be added to your total at checkout.

For a limited time and as a special online promotion ALL ORDERS OVER £500 (UK ONLY), delivery will be free of charge.

Once goods have been dispatched a tracking number will be emailed to you and can be viewed online.

Any general returns or damages will be credited back to your account within 14 days upon receiving the garments back.

 

RETURNS POLICY

Any Damages, Discrepancies & Returns must be notified to us within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving goods by e-mail to zuppe@btconnect.com, quoting your order number, name, address, description of the product and reason for sending back. Should you wish to return faulty item/s, please ensure you return it in its original condition, within 7 days of receiving it. Once we have received your returned item/s, it will be refunded, exchanged or credited towards your next order. Returns will remain customer property until received back and signed for.

Please note we will not be responsible if the person signing for the goods is not the person who ordered/paid for the goods. Once faulty items have been received, you can be either refunded the amount or a credit note will be raised to be deducted from your next invoice.

Refunds will be made within 7 days of receiving back faulty goods and must be made to the same payment method used to purchase.

Items must be returned within a debit note enclosed
We are not liable for the postage fee for the return of the goods
We will not be responsible for any goods lost/or damaged whilst returns are held by third parties
Refunds may only be credited to the same method of payment

 

REFUNDS POLICY

Any garments which are faulty need to be returned to Zuppe Clothing Company. Please notify us by email of any quality issues. Returns should be sent back within 7 days. Please enclose a debit note with any returns and highlight the fault. Refund will be credited by the same form of payment.
